A warm welcome to all attendees, both members and fellow brewers, followed by an introduction to the evening’s theme: The growth and evolution of craft beer from 2002 to 2025 and speculations about its future.

15:15 – Brewery Tour
Led by the Aarhus Bryghus team, guests will be taken on a guided tour of the brewery. The tour will explore the brewing process, equipment, and techniques used to create Aarhus Bryghus' unique craft beers. Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at the day-to-day operations and innovation that drives the brewery's success.

This session will delve into the journey of Aarhus Bryghus, starting with its founding, the challenges and milestones it has experienced over the years, and how it has adapted to the shifting craft beer market. The presentation will also cover the future plans for the brewery,

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the evening’s topics with the speakers. This will also be a chance for brewers to network, exchange ideas, and discuss future collaborations.
